Dedicated Customs and Immigration for Ocean Sky at Luton Airport

The UK Border and Immigration Agency has agreed to provide dedicated staff for the new Ocean Sky terminal at Luton Airport.

The agreement, which came into effect at the start of this month, will save clients of the UK-based aviation company significant processing time, allowing faster transit to and from the important London hub.

"We are delighted by our arrangement with the Border and Immigration Agency, which is already working extremely well," said Stephen Grimes, Chief Executive of the Ocean Sky group. "This is great news for Ocean Sky and for our clients."

Grimes also said that Ocean Sky was committed to making travel as seamless and time efficient as possible. He said reducing delays associated with arrival and departure formalities was one way to achieve this.

Luton Airport, north of London, is growing rapidly as a hub for non-commercial business and private aviation.

The new multi-million pound Ocean Sky facility has a prime location at Luton. It is the closest private terminal to the runway of the three facilities available to business and private aviation.
