Customer Appreciation Event Held at Hangar63

Hangar63 (Banyan’s Aviation Store), located at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, recently held its third annual customer appreciation day. More than 600 customers and their families attended. In addition, Angel Flight was on hand as well as a static aircraft display by Hawker-Beechcraft, Premier Aircraft Sales and Jet Fighters International.

“This event is simply a gesture to show gratitude for our customers' support and loyalty over the past year,” said Chuck Speakman, manager of Hangar63. “Our vendors supported this event in a major way; all of the products raffled off at the end of the event were donated by them." Speakman said he wanted to give a special thank you to Bose, Garmin, David Clark, Telex, Lightspeed, Flightcom, Revere Supply, ACR Electronics, ICOM, Avfuel, Oakley, Ray-Ban and Serengeti Eyewear for their support and participation.

Hangar63 (Banyan’s Aviation Store) is 6,500 square feet of shopping pleasure for any aviation enthusiast. The store is stocked with everything a student or professional pilot would want, including charts, electronics, flight training aids, headsets, apparel and safety and survival equipment. In addition to pilot supplies, the store offers remote control models, children’s items and gifts. The store is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
