Banyan to Exhibit at EBACE

Banyan Air Service, Inc., based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in Florida, will be exhibiting for the first time at EBACE (Booth 2147) from May 20 – 22, 2008, at Geneva Palexpo.

Banyan will be promoting its new FBO terminal building, aircraft sales and management, maintenance and avionics services. The Banyan EBACE team will be Sueanne Campion and Don Campion, president; Michael O’Keeffe, senior vice president aircraft sales; Paul Rose, vice president technical sales; and Brian Wilson, director of avionics.

“EBACE is an opportunity for Banyan to expand our geographical reach,” Campion said.

He said Banyan was an EASA approved repair facility and could offer a more economical and comprehensive solution for aviation services to the European market. For an aircraft buyer, Banyan can help locate, evaluate, perform maintenance and required inspections and facilitate export certificates. In addition, the south Florida location is a prime business and tourist destination.

“Our European customers can schedule their aircraft maintenance to correspond with business and leisure travel.” Campion said.

Banyan Air Service is a 24-hour fixed base operation (FBO) offering business aviation services, and caters to domestic and international aircraft owners, corporations and governmental agencies. Banyan’s customer support team assists with fuel and ground services, gourmet catering, hotel reservations, on-site Hertz rental cars and Bahamas and Caribbean travel assistance. In addition, Banyan offers hangar space to accommodate aircraft up to a Gulfstream V. United States Customs is on the field and is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Banyan’s aircraft maintenance department is both FAA and EASA approved and offers aircraft maintenance services, including heavy turbine airframe and engine maintenance, structural repairs and modifications, interior refurbishment and exterior painting. The heavy maintenance facility specializes in King Air, Citation, Hawker and Learjet inspections.

Banyan’s avionics department offers avionics installation and services for all turbine aircraft up to and including large corporate aircraft such as Gulfstreams, Falcons, Challengers and Boeing Business Jets. These services include cockpit upgrades to flat panel displays, multi-regional TV systems, high speed data with WI-FI and advanced entertainment systems as well as a host of solutions to replace the aging Magnastar phone system. The avionics department is also FAA and EASA approved and is an authorized dealer for all major avionics manufacturers.

Banyan has been in operation for 29 years and currently employs more than 150 teammates. For more information, visit booth 2147 at EBACE or visit www.banyanair.com.
