EPIC Aviation and BP Finalize Sale of Ownership

The sale of BP Products North America Inc.’s (“BP”) interest in EPIC Aviation LLC (“EPIC”) to Downstream Aviation LP (“Downstream”) has been finalized.

BP and Downstream have entered into exclusive Brand and Supply Agreements and EPIC will continue to operate under the Air BP brand for service to the General Aviation sector in the United States and Canada.

EPIC, operating as Air BP Aviation Services, supports the fuel and business needs of a branded dealer network of nearly 400 FBOs in the U.S. and Canada. The management team and supporting staff continue to be based out of Salem, Ore., with a focus on offering support and solutions to the Air BP Aviation Services Dealer Network.
