New Hampshire Recognizes March as General Aviation Month

NATA's Coyne Praises Statewide Proclamation

On March 16, the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) joined the Alliance for Aviation Across America in Concord, N.H., where Gov. John Lynch announced a statewide proclamation recognizing March as General Aviation Month. 

The proclamation highlights the economic value of general aviation by stating that the industry:

  • supports 8000 jobs and
  • contributes $639 million to the state.

New Hampshire is home to:

  • 11 charter flight companies,
  • 23 repair stations,
  • 17 FBOs
  • and numerous flight schools.
