Phillips 66® Aviation Promotes Perry & Minnick to Support Nation’s #1 Branded FBO Network

Phillips 66® Aviation, the nation’s largest network of branded aviation dealers with 866 fixed base operators (FBOs), has announced the promotion of Mike Perry, Sr. to Director, Branded Sales, and Matt Minnick to National Account Rep, General Aviation.

Perry replaces Rick Duste, who has been promoted to Director Branded Licensing Phillips 66, Conoco and 76.

Michael Perry, Sr. has been promoted to Director, Branded Sales for Phillips 66 Aviation, in Bartlesville, Okla.  

Formerly National Account Rep for Phillips 66 Aviation, Perry has cultivated a diverse expertise in account and vendor management, supply, logistics, and marketing over his 14-year career with ConocoPhillips. Born and raised in Ponca City, where Phillips 66 has operations, Perry is a fourth generation ConocoPhillips employee.

Perry regularly volunteers in the community, is an active support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and a former vice president of the Family Crisis and Counseling Center of Bartlesville. He received a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.

 

 

Matt Minnick has been promoted to National Account Rep, General Aviation, Phillips 66 Aviation, replacing Mike Perry, Sr.

Minnick brings extensive experience in both branded and unbranded fuels marketing to his new role serving the Phillips 66 Aviation-branded network of 866 dealers. Minnick began his fuels industry career 22 years ago, and has worked with Mobil Oil in addition ConocoPhillips.

Minnick is a native of the Philadelphia region and earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Drexel University.

 

 

 

Rick Duste has been promoted to Director Branded Licensing, ConocoPhillips. Duste, the former Director, Branded Sales, for Phillips 66 Aviation, has been working in the fuels industry since he was a teen working in his family-owned FBO. An avid pilot, Duste’s experience includes managing sales and business development for some of general aviation’s largest brands, including Phillips 66, Chevron and BP Castrol.

Duste earned his MBA at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and a Certificate of Management in Energy from Rice University.
