Sheltair's Business Spans Three Generations

Sheltair now touts three generations of leadership. At the beginning of the year, Jerry Holland, founder, chairman and CEO, appointed his daughter, Lisa Holland, as President of Sheltair Aviation. Kai Seymour –grandson of Jerry and son of Lisa– joined the family business a few months later, after obtaining his BA in Business Management from John Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa, tasked with learning all aspects of the company.

Family values have been the foundation Sheltair’s business for nearly 58 years. This sentiment resonates with each of the 500+ employees throughout its 18 FBOs and 24 aviation-related properties. The company prides itself on its culture of supporting its people's development and success, often reflected in the long tenure of employees who have been with the company for decades.

Sheltair operates 18 premier FBOs and manages over four million square feet of aviation related properties throughout Florida, Georgia, Colorado, and New York. Sheltair services include fueling, ground handling, hangar and office leasing, and turn-key design/build of aviation properties.
