World Fuel Services announced today that Harrods Aviation, the Air Elite Network FBO with locations at London’s Luton (EGGW) and Stansted (EGSS) Airports, has officially become the first Air Elite FBO to achieve the requirements for Stage 1 IS-BAH (International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling) registration.
