Traffic Safety Store Launches New Aviation Focused Sales Effort
/Internet retailor of traffic safety products, The Traffic Safety Store announced it had recently launched a new sales division to focus on the aviation community in North America.
The new division, The Airport Safety Store, will augment The Traffic Safety Stores' existing Internet-based sales structure by focusing on long-term consultative relationships promoting the company's many products, which are proven to improve the safety and efficiency of airport ground operations.
"The Airport Safety Store will enable us to better understand the unique needs of our airport, airline, FBO and construction customers," said Ron Murdoch, Marketing Director for the Airport Safety Store. "While our aviation customers have already shown themselves to be heavy users of our products, we want the Airport Safety Store to become a resource for them and showcase the cost effective solutions we offer to improve safety, starting at the parking lot and continuing out to the runway."
"Our selection of Run Murdoch to head up the marketing of The Airport Safety Store is an illustration of our commitment to serve our aviation customers," said Will Snook, President of The Traffic Safety Store, an Airline Transport (ATP) rated pilot and a First Officer for ASA/Delta Connection. Snook said Murdoch had 13 years of terminal services experience with Eastern Airlines before he even started his 14,000-hour career as a pilot, where he served as Chief Pilot and Director of Flight Operations for three flight departments. "We're confident that Ron's understanding of the aviation community is unequaled in our industry," Snook said.

The proprietary water ballasted runway barricade anchors a product line that includes several models of cones, solar taxiway lights and flashers, safety vests and numerous parking lot products.
