Exclusive Aviation Purchases Facility, Adds Sales Staff to ‘NEW’ St. Paul Office

Exclusive Aviation's new 17,000-square-foot facility includes 1700 square feet of office space, a lobby, conference room and sales team offices. 

“The decision to move our operation to the St. Paul Downtown Airport was crucial for our long term success in the regional community and worldwide market,” said Jim Sweeney, President of Fargo Jet Center (FJC).

Dave Monacell joins the sales team to expand and lead turbine and jet aircraft sales, acquisitions and brokerage. Monacell comes to the team with more than 18 years in the industry and has been in an aircraft sales role for more than 12 years. Monacell is a graduate of the University of North Dakota - John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences and is a current commercial pilot with multi-engine, instrument and single engine sea ratings.

“The addition of Dave to our sales team will contribute to our worldwide market of aircraft sales,” Sweeney said.
