Business Jet Center's New Pet Area Big Hit With Fido

May 15, 2012, Dallas Love Field (DAL)… Business Jet Center (BJC) Director Bill Moltenbrey has added one more job to his growing list of duties…cleaning up after BJCs four-legged customers.

On a busy day at the award winning FBO, Moltenbrey is the go-to guy who pitches in and gets things moving. He is often seen with a pair of chocks wing-walking an aircraft into place, staging auto rentals and, as of May, removing pet offerings left in the new VIP (Very Important Pets) area.

“It’s all in a day’s work,” Moltenbrey said with a laugh. “Whatever job needs to get done, we all pull together to make it happen. Sometimes it’s not very glamorous, but it’s part of delivering good customer service.”

The newly designed pet area is next to the main terminal and is replete with a manicured lawn and the ubiquitous pet-requested fire hydrant.
