“This new facility is essential to the continued economic development of Miami-Dade County”, said Lemartec president Manny Garcia-Tuñon, “and is expected to have a positive economic impact once operations begin.”
When completed in the 4th QTR of 2013, the new facility will deliver over 40,000 sqft of new hangar space capable of hosting business class jets, including the latest Gulfstream V models, plus an additional 5,000 sqft of offices and support areas. Interior space for the new facility will boast state-of-the-art technology to facilitate aircraft pilots and owners with the convenience and world-class experience they expect out of South Florida. Construction of the facility was made possible in part thanks to Lemartec’s expertise in utilizing pre-engineered building systems by VP Buildings.
