Signature Flight Support Singapore Goes Live at Changi International Airport

This location marks the second facility in Asia for Signature and joins their investment in the Hong Kong Business Aviation Center at Chek Lap Kok/Hong Kong International Airport (VHHH).

Signature’s offices are located at the JetQuay CIP Terminal which operates high quality, discreet lounge facilities and also serves Changi’s commercially important passengers (CIPs) transiting through the commercial terminal. JetQuay offers premium, personalized services to commercial passengers such as check-in, immigration and baggage clearances and private rest areas with shower facilities. In addition to these amenities, Signature customers will receive the full suite of Signature Flight Support services and benefits including Signature TailWins® rewards.

The facility is managed by Patrick Lim, Operations Manager. Lim has over 24 years of experience at Singapore Changi International Airport and was most recently Duty Manager for commercial ground handler SATs LTD. His last six years have been focused specifically on handling business and general aviation flights within the Jet Quay CIP terminal. He has also been responsible for coordinating business aviation logistics for both the Singapore Air Show and the Singapore Formula One Grand Prix.
