Schedulers & Dispatchers 2015: Avfuel Fuels Style with Fun and Fashionable Giveaways

Avfuel Corporation and 60+ members of the Avfuel Branded FBO Network will bring substance AND style to this year’s Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference with the return of Avfuel’s popular “Fuel Your Style” promotion.

Every FBO exhibiting in the Avfuel aisles can provide significant value to flight departments,” said Marci Ammerman, Avfuel Vice President, Marketing. “Schedulers & Dispatchers has become a favorite show for both exhibitors and attendees because of the scheduled time and the real ability to make connections. Avfuel and our branded dealers are excited to showcase everything we have to offer.”

FBOs exhibiting in the Avfuel aisles represent well-known tech stops and destinations such as Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), West Star Aviation (GJT and ALN), Banyan Air Service (FXE), Tampa International Jet Center (TPA), Clay Lacy (BFI, VNY) and the Sheltair network of 15 FBOs in Florida, Georgia, and New York. Posh UK FBO Rizon Jet – a preferred Avfuel Contract Fuel provider - will have representatives on hand from the company’s Biggin Hill location. The convention also provides opportunities to introduce flight departments to new or recently opened FBOs, such as Rocky Mountain Flower (PUB) and AviatMall (ILM).

In addition to connecting with the vast Avfuel network of resources, visitors to the Avfuel aisles may participate in Avfuel’s amped up “Fuel Your Style” promotion. Participating FBOs each have a different stylish accessory – sunglasses, scarves, jewelry, wallets – on display; attendees draw a card to determine how many items they may “shop” for and peruse the aisles to select the items they like best. Avfuel premiered “Fuel Your Style” in 2011 and the promotion shows no sign of losing steam; the Avfuel aisles are continually among the busiest on the show floor. Visitors can look forward to an exciting array of new items in the 2015 Avfuel Collection.

In addition to the Avfuel FBO Network, representatives from Avfuel Contract Fuel, Avsurance, and Avplan Trip Support will be on hand in San Jose. “These are important systems that provide significant value to flight departments,” Ammerman said. “Avfuel Contract Fuel has over 3,000 locations and offers easy arrangement and account management.
