Pentastar Aviation has once again secured a top position in the 2016 Preferences Regarding Aviation Service and Equipment (PRASE) Survey. Pentastar’s Fixed Base Operation (FBO), located in Waterford, was named No. 4 Best US FBO and No. 2 Best Independent FBO. These rankings show an increase over last year and continue to prove Pentastar’s customer service is world-class.

The high ratings and recognition of Pentastar Aviation from this survey, done by Professional Pilot magazine, remain consistent with the company’s commitment to exceed industry standards for both safety and service excellence. The company attributes their success to a robust internal customer survey process that continuously identifies ways to improve customer service.
