Universal Avionics Recognizes Top Dealers of 2018

Universal Avionics has announced its two top dealers by sales performance for 2018.

Global Aviation Technologies is the top Americas Dealer of the Year, and Scandinavian Avionics A/S is the International Dealer of the Year, Universal said.

The avionics manufacturer cites Global Aviation Technologies' experience with Learjet aircraft as a "vital" reason it was asked to upgrade the C-21 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force.

Scandinavian Avionics A/S has received six dealer-of-the-year awards in eight years. The dealer stood out in 2018 because of the "LET-410 forward fit and SAAB-340 upgrade programs," Universal Avionics said. "Additional ADS-B Out upgrades and CVR-120 installations also contributed as new European mandates approach."
