Southwest China is the Home of Air BP and CNAF Partnership

Air BP and China National Aviation Fuel Group have agreed to form a joint venture to run a general aviation fuel business in Southwest China.

The new partnership, CNAF Air BP General Aviation Fuel Co., aims to support growth and development of GA in China. By 2020, general aviation operations will reach two million flight hours in China, and the size of the fleet will surpass 5000 aircraft, according to the Chinese government.

“We are delighted to extend our existing successful partnership with CNAF from commercial aviation into general aviation,” Air BP CEO Jon Platt says. “Combining Air BP’s globally renowned global aviation fuels, best practices and innovative fueling technologies with CNAF’s strong presence and local expertise, we look forward to jointly contributing to the sustainable development of China’s aviation industry over the long term.”
