Avia Solutions Group to Sell Baltic Ground Services Poland

Avia Solutions Group, the largest aerospace business group from Central & Eastern Europe, has decided to sell Baltic Ground Services Poland, a subsidiary of the group’s family member, Baltic Ground Services (BGS).

Baltic Ground Services PL (BGS PL) is a subsidiary of BGS that operates in 16 airports located in 9 different countries. BGS PL is a provider of passenger and aircraft handling, fueling and de-icing services. The company serves in Warsaw Chopin Airport, Krakow John Paul II International Airport and Katowice Airport.
