The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) will recognize Fred Barth, a past chairman and founding member of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Committee, with the Association's 2012 Schedulers & Dispatchers Outstanding Achievement & Leadership Award.
