Garmin’s Director of Flight Operations and Chief Test Pilot, Tom Carr, has received the prestigious Society of Experimental Test Pilots’ (SETP) 2020 Iven C. Kincheloe Award for his outstanding professional accomplishment in the conduct of flight testing.
