The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) will present Lee Medlin, a founding member and past chairman of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Advisory Council, with the Association’s Schedulers & Dispatchers Outstanding Achievement & Leadership Award.
