Luxaviation, Europe’s leading business aviation group, based in Luxembourg, has acquired ExecuJet Aviation Group of Switzerland. The transaction sees Luxaviation acquire the entire share capital of ExecuJet and become the second largest corporate aircraft operator in the world.
