Pauline Smith comes with over 25 years of experience within the Industry. In her past role at Marshall Aerospace she held the role of Head of Customer Services and Terminal Manager for 4 years, where she was responsible for establishing a new Marshall branded FBO at Birmingham Airport and created and designed a bespoke commercial passenger terminal for business passengers at Cambridge Airport.
