FJC and Global Beef Consultants entered into an agreement to support the airlift mission over the next several weeks. Approximately two flights per week will depart Fargo, most of which will be 747 aircraft. Fargo Jet Center ground crews handle both the aircraft and the loading of the cargo (approximately 160 cows per flight).

“We’ve handled many different cargo flights in the past but one of this magnitude and type of cargo creates unique challenges,” said Jim Sweeney, President of Fargo Jet Center. “We are excited about the opportunity to support such an import milestone in exports from North Dakota and growth in cargo operations at Fargo’s Hector International Airport (KFAR).”
