There is a new FBO at New Century Aircenter, and I had the most pleasurable experience with the service provided by Julie, Tom and the team.
They are not too aggressive, yet they clearly show an interest that they want to provide exceptional service. Tom has extensive service in line management, and Julie will go out of her way to assist with getting a rental car arranged, catering and other referrals. I enjoyed relaxing in the pilots' lounge in the new facility.
I will say that their fuel prices got my attention, but the value was way beyond my expectations, considering the low price.
